We’re looking for people with a passion for uncovering the needs of small business clients, including their personal payment processing needs, by using our extensive suite of products and tools.

As part of the Bryco Payments team, small business consultants (SBCs) have access to industry- leading products and services, award-winning platforms and client education – all designed to meet the business needs that are unique to each of our clients. SBCs partner closely with our resource as part of one team that delivers exceptional client care. Your role will be to acquire and deepen small business relationships through face-to-face consultative meetings. The small business consultant role is the first step to a rewarding and successful career. At this stage you’ll start building the relationships that can shape your career, and be exposed to the products, platforms and tools needed to serve clients. Our comprehensive training program will help you get the necessary guidance along a defined path to help become the consultant you want to be.

This position is Fully Remote - Work when and where you want which allowing you the flexibility to prospect and acquire new clients from your local areas.

You’re a person who

  • Has demonstrated experience and proven outside sales success with business to business sales, or small business consulting.

  • Has strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients.

  • Has effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience and problem resolution.

  • Goal oriented individual with a sales mentality, with the ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships.

  • Is motivated by a truly consultative relationship with clients.

  • Understands that honor, integrity and trust are more valuable that the sale.

  • Outside sales experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill

  • Goal oriented individual with a sales mentality

  • Ability to travel with your own reliable car.

  • Flexibility to work efficiently in a home office environment

  • Well-organized, with the ability to make and keep commitments

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill

  • Experience with outside sales and consultative selling skills. This is a hunter role.

  • Experience with in-person customer service and sales.

  • Experience working with small business clients.

  • Experience meeting or exceeding goals.

  • A working knowledge of small business products and services.

  • Bilingual skills a plus (as applicable for each individual area).

  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
